Web design projects start by understanding your challenges and your goals. Together, we identify your goals for the website and create a vision of how your website will function, look, how it will engage your clientele, and how it will represent you and your brand.

logo design projects start with research. I find out about your business, goals, vision, and then I look at your competition. Once I find the elements that will set you apart, I hit the drawing board. Typically a few designs are created and reproduced in digital format. Once ready, I’ll schedule a time to present the designs.  Once the design is approved, you’ll receive a complete logo package with different file formats for web and print.

For web design:  Providing we have clear communication and all information provided at the start of the project, I try to get the homepage and a few subpages ready for review within 15-30 days. Once the design and layout are approved, we move forward with the rest of the site. The majority of my website design projects last between 45-60 days.

Our services are created to meet of our client’s. Every project is different and will vary depending on the needs and requirements. Because of this, we usually handle tasks at a fixed fee rate. With that said, we do offer a retainer package in which you can purchase hourly design time and use it whenever you’d like.

Most projects are handled with an investment of 50% upfront and 50% upon completion.  Payment must be made in full before items are sent to print or published on the web. For projects on a larger scale, I offer payment options in a 30%, 30%, 40% payment schedule. Check is preferable, but Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and AMEX are accepted.

Absolutely, I’m based in Severn Maryland, and travel within a 25-mile radius of Severn for free consultations. For meetings of farther distances, I do have a travel cost policy but am happy to make arrangements to meet you somewhere!
